If someone reads a lecture and you’re in the audience, you ask yourself why you’re there – you might as well have just read it yourself. I wonder if preaching is like that…a conversation with the listener. Doesn’t delivery matter as much as content? How you say it says a lot about how much it matters to you. And by implication, how much it should matter to the listener. (AP)
